I visited gynecologist Mukhtozheva Mukhabbat Zurishoyevna at the Sana Vita clinic for an examination and ultrasound. The examination wasn't actually performed; they only did an ultrasound. Based on the results, the doctor verbally stated that my case was "advanced, everything was bad" and that I needed an operation costing 25,000 hryvnias, with a doctor she knew.
I doubted the veracity of this conclusion, as I regularly see gynecologists, and no one had ever said anything like that before. The official conclusion didn't mention a "poor condition," and the ultrasound images weren't included. Meanwhile, I was charged for both the gynecological examination (which never happened) and the ultrasound. In reality, all I received was verbal intimidation and a request to "have the 25,000 hryvnias for the operation ready for my next appointment."
Another clinic confirmed that I was fine and didn't need any surgery.
⚠️ Ladies, double-check your information with other specialists. Prescribing surgery without a medical reason for a 24-year-old woman who hasn't given birth is absurd 🤯

I contacted Dmitry Sergeevich Vylegzhanin on 05/27/2025. He explained in as much detail as possible that I was suffering and had complaints about the disease. After examining him, the doctor said that I had made things up and that everything was fine with me, although the disease was already chronic. No treatment or measures were prescribed. When I tried to prove to him that this was not the case, Dmitry Sergeevich simply froze with an imperturbable face. Conclusion: Either the doctor is incompetent, or he is deliberately misleading people.
Result: Lost money, time, nerves and misleading. This is exactly what the patient expects when contacting this clinic and this doctor.

After the examination, they recommended surgery. But then I had severe swelling and exacerbation. Other doctors I examined did not advise surgery when there was such severe swelling. The doctor diagnosed grade 4 hemorrhoids. But after 2 weeks, the swelling went down and now I do not have grade 4, because grade 4 could only be diagnosed at rest. The doctor also advised me to stay under observation for a few hours after the operation, and then I would be released home. But again, after consulting with other doctors, I learned that this is not such a “simple” operation and it is better to keep patients in the hospital for 1-2 days to know for sure that everything is fine and it is better not to let them go home. I was told that after that I could come for check-ups, but situations are different. Of course, the service was provided well. But the situation with the disease has improved now. And now they do not recommend surgery for me. Then I can conclude that the doctor just found the fastest way to solve the problem. But she didn't even advise me to wait two weeks for the swelling to go down.

The first time I came to Silny Vitaly Igorevich on the recommendation of my family doctor. A very attentive and competent specialist. Following the appointment and recommendations, my problem was solved in 10 days. I also went to see a gynecologist/ultrasound doctor Mukhtozheva M.Z. Based on my additional complaints, the doctor checked my abdominal organs and found a stone in the gallbladder, which prevented me from living normally. Thanks to Silny, who introduced me to a surgeon from a military hospital when I was already feeling really bad, where I was operated on. I also checked my moles with Kalmus K.E. A young, attentive specialist, listened to my concerns and checked everything. At the moment, I am continuing treatment with gynecologist Mukhtozheva. I would like to express my gratitude to all the doctors. This is an excellent medical center where they really help and support. Special thanks to the administrator Alina and nurse Katerina. They always ask how you are doing and how you are feeling. A very pleasant and comfortable environment

I would like to express my gratitude to doctor Vitaly Igorevich Spilny and nurse Katerina for solving my problem.
I contacted the clinic regarding a pararectal fistula. From the very first consultation I saw a competent, professional approach and well-coordinated work of the doctor and nurse.
Since the fistula turned out to be complex, the treatment was divided into several stages. First, a seton was installed, then three months later an operation was performed to remove the fistula. And after 2 months (due to the complexity of my problem), an additional operation was performed.
The attitude of the doctor and nurse was very attentive. In the evening, on the day of the operation, the nurse called back and asked about my health.
Subsequent wound treatment and all manipulations were performed very clearly and competently. Issues that arise during the treatment are resolved quickly and professionally. They literally “take you by the hand” and lead you to complete recovery. Thank you, Vitaly Igorevich and Katerina, for your skillful hands and professionalism!
(sometimes I got to work with Kirilova Alexandra Fedorovna for dressings. She is also a very competent doctor).
P.S. Overall, the atmosphere in the clinic is favorable. The staff is polite and tactful.
