Erdem Group, established in 1988, is a leading provider of healthcare and education services. It operates three hospitals, two dialysis centers, a medical center, and an oral and dental health center, with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and rights. Since 2011, the group has also managed educational institutions, including schools and a software high school.
Originally a small polyclinic near Çakmak Bridge, Erdem Group expanded in 1994 with the opening of Çakmak Erdem Hospital, now a 124-bed facility spanning 10,000 m². Additional facilities include Çamlıca Dialysis Center and Çamlıca Erdem Hospital, established in 2009, offering 77 beds across 23 specialties within a 6,000 m² space.
In 2015, Güneşli Erdem Hospital opened on Istanbul’s European Side, featuring a 150-bed facility with 20,000 m² of space, patient suites, and internationally recognized standards. A new hospital in Başakşehir is also in development.

I Had hair transplant from Erdem hospital. It was really pleasent and more then what i expected. The staff from reps to interpreter to doctors all are very well trained and do best in their fields. My Representative Ahmed has been very helpful. He knows what he is doing and does best job . I felt very easy talking to him and all arrangements were very good.
I am looking forward to come again to Erdem for another session. Thank you very much Erdem.

My experience with Erdem clinic was amazing. I had a previously broken nose and extremely limited breathing, as well as aesthetic concerns. The team was so helpful, from the day we initially spoke all the way through to the after care process. I’m 3 weeks post op, and am now not only able to breathe fully, but also feel confident in my nose! The recovery process was shockingly easy, the team with Erdem gave me all the support I needed to make it a seamless process. I’m already so happy with my results, I can’t wait to see my continued progress as the swelling reduces! Thank you Erdem Clinic and Dr. Caglar!😊

My mother had the worst experienced ever.
She is having trauma.
She's recently been there and she has got problems with her denture since day 1.
Spaces between gum and teeth...saliva coming in and out, can't talk properly with the denture.
The anesthetic wasn't strong enough but the doctors done his job without caring how much it was hurting her. She was shouting in pain and he didn't care.
She can't bite properly.
The teeth are so small and all her face went down and now she is looking like an old lady without any denture in.
All face face went down.
Unbelievable.
People be very careful if you don't want to looke your money and have trauma after.
Unfortunately they don't have enough experience.
The technician doesn't know what he's doing even the doctor admitted.
I have asked for refund and they refused.
The management was nice and helpful but what's the point if the denture is a disaster?

Bad experience with rhinoplasty the surgeon is a butcher left me worse than before, DON'T come here! Fortunately, not all clinics in Istanbul are like this.
After two long years I write the review, don't come to this place. I had a rhinoplasty here in 2023, the first year after a rhinoplasty the nose is swollen you know, and I waited patiently.. as indicated I put the tape and massaged the area. I can say that even when I saw myself the first time without bandages I didn't like it. But I still waited 1 year as I was told. After 1 year, not only did I not like the nose, but it also had flaws and I couldn't breathe well. During this year I have pointed this out several times to the staff.
Every time I talked to different people sending photos and videos, the nose aesthetically was not what I had requested, it was ugly and I also formed a lateral swelling, I can't breathe well on one side. I'm not the only one who had problems, there was a girl who had a rhinoplasty the same day as me and she also had problems and they had to do a second rhinoplasty at their expense.
Several times they told me to contact an expert in my country. They never offered to remedy the damage done. I have to report!
