Really slow service and it’s a Monday I still have no answers exactly of what is wrong. So thanks for wasting my time...also may I add when I was waiting and finally called I sat down and guess what... the doctors on Facebook then quickly goes off it to show me my ultra sound results???!! What on earth avoid this place at all costs.

Sick and tired of waiting at the cashier counter only because they forget to call your number or they call your number before you get to the cashier! I even stopped doing my physio therapy because every day I have to wait to pay very expensive treatment for hours only because cashier staff is getting confused with numbers! Doctors and nurses are nice!

its the everlast time !!! i visited this biggest SCAM Hospital !!! live here on the island for 6 years , so i have some experiences about hospitals ! medication is 300% more than average price !i had a member expat card but you get only reduction on the medicine ! stay out this overrated hospital !!! 3stars service with 5 stars charging !!! they rip your money as much as they can !! and yess i have insurance 😉

ทำนัดตรวจการได้ยินผ่านคอลเซ็นเตอร์ เจ้าหน้าที่ทำนัดให้ในวันที่ไม่มีหมอตรวจ เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำแผนกมาดูรายการนัดเพื่อโทรยืนยันนัด เจอนัดที่ตรงกับวันไม่มีหมอก็ยกเลิกโดยไม่แจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ บังเอิญจะโทรไปทำนัดให้น้องอีกคนให้ตรวจพร้อมกัน จึงได้รู้ว่าไม่มีหมอและนัดถูกยกเลิกไปแล้ว ไม่งั้นก็เก้อค่ะ เสียเวลากันหมด #หากการนัดมีปัญหาต้องทำการยกเลิก #กรุณาแจ้งลูกค้าให้ทราบด้วยค่ะ หมอแต่ละแผนกมีวันไหน ตรวจวันไหน คอลเซ็นเตอร์ควรมีส่วนทราบข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ไม่เพียงแต่รู้กันแค่ในแต่ละแผนกนะคะ

Terrible hospital. Completely disorganized, no communication between departments, doctors won’t listen to you when you’re trying to give medical history. The only doctor who stood out and went above and beyond, was the cardiologist I saw. The rest were completely useless. The nursing staff was fantastic and the rooms were large and comfortable (though mine had cockroaches). The food was substandard so i ended up ordering takeout for most meals. This was an absolute letdown c…ompared to the other Bangkok Hospitals that I’ve visited. I was hospitalized September of 2019 at Bangkok Hospital Phangan and Bangkok Hospital Samui and I can’t praise both places enough. They were, by far, the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. I was hoping to find the same quality at Bangkok Hospital Phuket, but was completely dismayed to find the opposite. At the other Bangkok hospitals, the organization and communication between all departments and our insurance was stellar. We had an international office coordinator who walked us through the entire process, and made sure that we understood the guarantees of payment coming from insurance, etc. Each day I was provided with a menu that offered both Thai and western food, which was completely lacking here at Bangkok hospital Phuket. In addition, the long lines at the cashiers and miscommunication from nursing staff made this a frustrating and overly complicated experience. If you are in Phuket and need medical services, I’d recommend going somewhere else instead of wasting your time and money at Bangkok Hospital Phuket.

I had a swimming accident and had two neck disks replaced as a tourist from South Africa. The whole hospital, Doctors/surgeons and nursing staff were absolutely awesome. Extremely thorough and medical standards are among the top rated - world class.🙏 Thank you so much!!!

Nonsense hospital, patient been waiting at CCU for discharge and no doctor is avail for 3 days. WELL DONE for such a big hospital.
