My experience at Hairmedico was exceptional from start to finish. The team demonstrated outstanding communication, answering all my questions and setting clear, realistic expectations. The clinic environment was welcoming, and the staff provided excellent care, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. A major reason for my confidence was Dr. Arslan's hands-on approach. He was present throughout the entire surgery and personally performed the majority of the key procedures. His professionalism, competence, and serious dedication to his work were evident, and it made all the difference. The post-operative care was just as impressive. I was immediately given all the necessary medications with simple, clear instructions. The clinic performed my first hair wash and even offered additional washes during my stay in Istanbul at no extra cost, which was a very generous and helpful service. I also received a comprehensive post-care package with detailed instructions, ensuring I could continue my recovery at home with ease. Excellent Doctor! I trusted him 100% and didn’t even check the hairline before the operation — that’s how confident I was. The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Arslan personally performed most of the work. Right after the operation, I saw the result, and it was exactly what I wanted and needed — absolutely perfect. His team was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on me constantly throughout the procedure — walking in, asking if everything was okay, and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The overall service was also great. The hotel was decent with a good breakfast, and I had a private driver from arrival, during the procedure days, and all the way to departure. I would like to sincerely thank the entire clinic for their professionalism and care. It’s been just 2 days since the operation, but I will definitely write a more detailed review in about 6 months once the final results come in.
