I recently had a wonderful experience at gleneagles hospital staffs are incredibly professional from doctors to nurses&administration team. Facilities were clean &food was surprisingly good. The care I received during my hospital stay was top notch. Also felt confident in the hands of excellent team.The nursing staff were very friendly and attentive Meena, Sonia, Gayatri, Abinaya, Sneha, Lalitha, Lakshmi, Kowsalya, Durga, Uma, Ranjitha.
Special attention given by the detician Janani. And clearly explained about the diet plan.
Thanks to the supportingteam Janaki, Nisha, Ichubi, Lakshmana.

Appreciation and Feedback for Radiation Oncology Department..👇
First of all ,We would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the Radiation Oncology Department and the entire medical team for their care and support during the treatment.
And from the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. I would like to thank all the Doctor’s and especially nursing and technical staff who guided (Ms.Geetha, Ms.Thamilarasi, Ms.Raghava , Ms.Archa and Mr. Kishore) as through every step with great patience and compassion.
The hospital’s facilities were well maintained, and the coordination between departments was excellent.
I truly appreciate the dedication and commitment shown by everyone involved in our treatment. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to the entire Radiation Oncology team.

My mother was admitted at Gleneagles Hospital for a hysterectomy and cystocele repair under the care of Dr. Padmapriya and Dr. Muruganandam. She stayed in Deluxe - 2, Room No. 1139, and our experience throughout was excellent.
The nursing staff — Subhashri, Percy, Sangeetha, and Aruna — were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always prompt in responding to calls. Their care and compassion made my mother’s stay very comfortable. The surgery went smoothly, and the doctors took wonderful care of her from start to finish.
Special thanks to the anaesthetist and unit doctor, Dr. Keren Keziah, for their excellent support and reassurance. My mother was discharged the very next day, and the entire process was pain-free and seamless.
We are truly grateful to Gleneagles Hospital for providing such compassionate care and for making this experience so smooth and positive.

Excellent Hospital Experience — Smooth and Well-Organized Endoscopy
I recently visited Gleneagles HealthCity for my endoscopy procedure by Dr. S. Babu Kumar’s reference, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The entire process — from registration to post-procedure care — was well organized and professionally handled.
The nursing staff and technicians were polite, supportive, and made sure I was comfortable before and after the procedure. The endoscopy was carried out smoothly, with proper hygiene and care at every step.
The hospital maintains excellent cleanliness, and the environment felt calm and reassuring. I also appreciated how clearly the procedure and instructions were explained to me beforehand, which helped reduce any anxiety.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at Gleneagles HealthCity and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing diagnostic or gastro-related procedures. The team’s professionalism, coordination, and patient care truly stood out.

Recently, my mother was admitted to Gleneagles Global Hospital, and I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent care she received. The MICU team did an outstanding job—both the doctors and nurses provided attentive and compassionate care, which helped her recover well within just a few days.
Special thanks to Dr. Siva Shankaran, Dr. Madan, and the entire nursing and assistant teams for their dedication. I would also like to recognize Nurses Malathi, Menaka, Parvathy, Maha, Bhutan, Udhaya, Alphonsiua, and Sneka, whose support made a big difference in post care. The hygiene and sanitation staff ensured everything was kept spotless, and I want to especially acknowledge Settu and Akila for their efforts.
While the overall medical and post-care experience was excellent, there is scope for improvement in the billing and administrative processes. We faced some delays and coordination issues during discharge, which could be better managed.
Overall, the hospital provides high-quality medical care with dedicated staff, and with some improvements in administration, the patient experience would be seamless.
