BREAST PLASTIC SURGERY

Breast enlargement

FORME surgeons increase breast size using silicone implants, the patient's fat tissue or combine these two methods.

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia. It lasts 1-3 hours. A doctor inputs an implant through a small incision 3-4 cm long. The scar is invisible. It is located around the nipple or in the crease under the breast.

As a result of the operation, breasts are enlarged to the desired size. They look natural, implants’ edges are indistinguishable. Hospitalization takes 2 days.

A patient needs 14 days to recover fully. Doctors do not recommended to exercise and participate in sports activities for 4-5 weeks after the operation.

Breast reduction

The procedure is suitable for women with disproportionately large breasts in comparison to other parts of the body.

The operation is performed under general anesthesia and lasts 2-3 hours. Breast reduction can be combined with nipple modeling. A doctor removes excess skin and fat from the breasts, and moves the nipples higher.

As a result of the procedure, breasts are smaller. A new form of bust and nipples can be shaped if necessary.

Hospitalization in the Medical Center lasts for 2 days. Rehabilitation after breast reduction takes up to 14 days. During this time, a patient is recommended to wear special underwear, avoid physical exertion and stress.

FACIAL PLASTICS

Rhinoplasty — correction of a nose shape

The operation is performed according to aesthetic or medical indications (septoplasty). Doctors can perform rhino- and septoplasty during a single intervention. In such cases, they reduce nose size, shape the tip, make the nasal arc thinner, and improve breathing function.

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia. Operation duration depends on the number of changes. It is enough to fix the tip in 10% of the cases. Doctor corrects the entire nose for the other 90% of patients.

Sutures are located inside the nostrils. They dissolve within 1 week, leaving no scars. Hospitalization lasts for 1 day. Then a patient recovers at home for 7-10 days. During this time, s/he wears a nasal splint that fixates cartilaginous tissues in a desired position.

Blepharoplasty — correction of the upper or lower eyelid

The procedure is carried out not only with an aesthetic but also with a functional purpose - lowered eyelids cause a feeling of fatigue, eyesore, and tearfulness.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Its duration is 1 hour. A doctor removes excess skin, adipose tissue, and applies sutures. Incisions are made on the crease of the upper eyelid or under the eyelashes, so the scars are unnoticeable.

A patient is dismissed from the Clinic right after the procedure. Doctors recommend applying ice and wearing sunglasses first 3 days after the operation to preserve the operation effect and speed up recovery.

BODY PLASTICS

Liposuction

FORME Clinic uses the Body-Jet liposuction technique. This method is less traumatic than other methods: connective tissues, nerves, and vessels are not damaged. Doctors perform the procedure under local anesthesia. The duration depends on the number of liposuction areas.

After the surgery, patients remain in the Clinic under medical supervision for 2-3 hours. Then they can go home. For the next 2 weeks, a patient must wear pull-on underwear. Full recovery takes up to 2 months.

Gluteal implants

Doctors enlarge flat and sagging buttocks with the help of silicone inserts, which are similar to breast implants. The operation is performed under general anesthesia. A surgeon makes an incision in the buttocks fold and places the implants. Then they apply self-absorbing sutures, which do not need to be removed.

Hospitalization lasts for 2 days. Full recovery takes 14 days. In the first 10 days a patient is not advised to sit.
