I'm taking this opportunity to thank the best doctor I've ever had. Thank you for your professionalism, guidance, and compassion, Dr. Carlos Parra ❤️.
Fertility Integral has been the best clinic I could have chosen to make one of the most important decisions of my life. Throughout the entire process, I felt cared for, listened to, and very at ease. Every nurse and staff member who assisted me at my appointments was incredibly kind and professional, especially Heydei, who was with me every step of the way. You are wonderful!
As a resident of Canada, it wasn't always easy to find the medications I was prescribed, and my doctor and Heydei always found alternatives and helped me resolve any issues.
The facilities are beautiful and spotless. Even the little touch of the bread and coffee they offered me upon arrival made me forget I was in a clinic. Plus, they included a two-hour massage! Amazing!
The days flew by, without any pain or discomfort whatsoever. On the day of my egg retrieval, the operating room was filled with wonderful energy, smiles, and music. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Sevilla, was lovely and made me feel happy and relaxed. After 20-30 minutes, I was out of the operating room, and about two hours later, I was walking out. I returned to my normal routine a few days later, pain-free and with 22 frozen eggs. 😍
For those women who wish to become mothers, Fertilidad Integral is an option that will bring a sense of peace, knowing that motherhood is a dream that will come true in due time.
A round of applause for the staff recruitment manager and two more for my favorite people, Dr. Carlos Parra and Heydei.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic, where I underwent a procedure and felt supported and cared for throughout.
The entire team was always very attentive to my health, answering my questions and providing me with humane and professional treatment. I especially want to highlight Dr. Carlos Parra, who monitored my progress at every stage, demonstrating great commitment, empathy, and professionalism.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable place with qualified staff who are genuinely concerned about their patients' well-being.

Freezing my eggs here was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
My experience at this clinic was incredible. The entire egg freezing process exceeded my expectations. From the first contact, I felt supported, cared for, listened to, and very well informed every step of the way.
I am so grateful to Dr. Carlos Parra, who is an excellent doctor. His clear explanations of the entire process, his gentleness, empathy, and the care he takes with every detail made me trust him completely from the beginning. It's clear he cares about his work and, above all, his patients.
I also have to mention Viviana Sánchez (Vivi), who was my advisor. She was attentive to me the whole time, helped me with appointments, answered all my questions, and always did so with a wonderfully kind and professional attitude. She was a great support throughout the entire process.

I've visited several clinics, but I've never met a doctor who understood his patients' state and emotions as well as Dr. Parra.
He always listened patiently until I had no more doubts, and he answered all my questions clearly and empathetically.
During the ovarian stimulation process and after the egg retrieval, I had no side effects or discomfort, and I was able to return to my daily life the very next day.
Thanks to Dr. Parra, I was able to successfully freeze my eggs.
I also want to thank all the nurses at Fertilidad Integral, who were always very kind and made me feel comfortable, even though I'm a foreigner.
Again, thank you so much to Dr. Parra and the entire Fertilidad Integral team for your professionalism, warmth, and dedication. ❤️
