Polite, friendly, and cheerful people. They know how to accommodate customers. I had laser treatment. I had no experience and was a little apprehensive about some things. I didn't experience any pain. The entire place is very clean and has a calm atmosphere. The staff is excellent, with excellent diction. They're friendly, like we're already acquaintances, not like we're just getting to know each other.

I've been a regular customer of Çiğdem's artificial nails for three years. Çiğdem's nail art is beyond excellent. Every time I get my nails done, I look at my hands with admiration. My nails last so long, and she's meticulous. I'm so happy I met her. She's become both my beloved nail artist and my sister. 😍🥰🥰 Dr.well is very hygienic, and all the staff are friendly. I recommend her to everyone. 🤍

Ms. Çiğdem did my prosthetic nails here — they're legendary! 🙌 I was saying, "I can't use prosthetics, they always break," but it turns out I couldn't find the right prosthetics 😂 She also did the removal process with extreme care and precision. I'm still in awe of her manicure; it turned out perfectly. I highly recommend it! 💅✨

My mother and I are a bit hesitant to go to beauty salons and similar places. This is due to our previous negative experiences. I had given up on them years ago, especially after the problems I experienced with the prosthetic nails I had.
But things changed after I found Çiğdem Hanım. For about four years, I've been there wherever she is; I never trust anyone else. We discovered this business because Çiğdem Hanım started working there. They've been such sweet and reassuring people.
It's a place you can go with peace of mind; I can vouch for it. 😂

I went to Dr. Well for my skincare treatment and was very pleased with the services provided by Ms. Funda. Before the procedure, she carefully examined my skin, identified my needs, and instilled confidence by explaining what she was doing at each stage. She was both meticulous and gentle during the treatment, making the process very comfortable and enjoyable. The vibrant and radiant skin was immediately noticeable after the procedure. I highly recommend her for her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and professionalism.
