He is a practicing surgeon, a recognized expert in the field of orthopedics and trauma surgery, specialist in the treatment of all disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Dr. Rangger is licensed by the state to educate other doctors in the field of Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery.

Cardiology

Cardiology Service has a special clinical status. It has all the advanced and high-precision medical developments. In-depth diagnostics of heart pathologies are carried out there. Hybrid operating room allows to simultaneously perform complex manipulations on the heart and blood vessels. The Cardiologic Department accepts more than 5,000 patients annually.

Gynecology

Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is equipped with medical technology of newest generation. Diagnostics is made by Professor Eberhard Merz, one of the developers of the three-dimensional ultrasound. His scientific works have been translated into several languages. Dr. Merz is also the writer of a two-volume handbook on gynecology.

Neurology

Neurology Clinic of Nordwest Krankenhaus is among the largest specialized institutions in Germany. It includes an Intensive Care Unit and Neurological Unit. National and international studies on the treatment of stroke and multiple sclerosis are conducted there.

The Neurology Clinic is managed by Prof. Uta-Meyding Lamade. She was given the title of nobility of the Sultanate for the development of neurology in Brunei.

Urology

Surgery

Accommodation conditions

International patients are placed to the department with superior comfort. All wards are single, accommodation conditions correspond to those in a hotel. Each ward is provided with:

• WiFI;
• shower;
• toiletries;
• plasma TV with international channels;
• three meals a day, with a choice of dishes.

The department has a rest area. It offers free coffee, tea and other drinks, fruits to the patients. A patient may be accommodated in a regular room (single or double) - optional.

Nordwest provides translation services for the duration of stay of the patient in the clinic.
