Très bon chirurgien et très expérimenté, je le recommande à tous ceux qui ont besoin d'une chirurgie bariatrique. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas en dire autant de l'hôpital. L'hôpital a été une grande déception. Malgré l'infirmière Berna, il a été très difficile d'obtenir des soins médicaux compétents. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, ce qui aggrave la situation. Le niveau de qualification médicale des infirmières est très bas. Aucune aide de la part des soignants. Je recommande au chirurgien de choisir un autre hôpital pour l'avenir.

Bonjour, nous sommes originaires du Kazakhstan. Nous sommes venus ici pour le diagnostic et le traitement de notre fils. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la clinique. Le neurologue Barış Metin nous a tout expliqué correctement. Nous avons beaucoup appris sur la maladie de notre fils. Mon fils souffre d'hydrocéphalie et après des analyses, nous avons appris qu'il était épileptique, que la dérivation VP était accélérée et que mon fils ne se développait pas. Nous recevons maintenant un traitement. Nous espérons que cela nous aidera in shaa Allah. Nous avons également apprécié le personnel, en particulier les interprètes. J'ai oublié leurs noms, mais l'un d'entre eux connaît même le kazakh. C'était super pratique. Merci beaucoup Bookimed, vous êtes les meilleurs, vous nous avez beaucoup aidés, merci en particulier à Oksana et Anna, elles ont toujours répondu à temps et nous ont supportés pendant plus d'un mois. Maman n'ayant pas pu obtenir de diagnostic précis, nous avons décidé de faire un bilan de santé en Corée. J'ai déposé une demande auprès de bukimed. À ma grande surprise, ils m'ont appelée tout de suite. Je leur ai dit ce qu'il fallait faire, toutes les analyses effectuées, et on m'a conseillé la clinique Ihwa. Nous nous sommes immédiatement mis d'accord sur tout et avons pris rendez-vous avec un mammologue. La clinique est propre, tous les médecins, tout le personnel médical sont qualifiés et très sympathiques. Tout le temps avec ma mère, il y avait un interprète, et il a expliqué très clairement tout ce qu'il y avait à faire. Rapidement les analyses ont été faites, et tout de suite le diagnostic a été établi, il a été dit qu'il fallait faire l'opération. L'opération a duré 5 heures (préparation générale, etc.) après l'opération à la clinique a duré 10 jours. Tout a été fait avec précision, tout est presque guéri. Je suis satisfaite de la clinique et des coordinateurs médicaux de Bukimed. Merci beaucoup à tous !

C'est un grand hôpital. Il a des aspects positifs et négatifs. En raison du nombre de personnes, il ressemble parfois à un centre commercial.
