Mon séjour à la clinique s'est bien déroulé, le chirurgien était poli et courtois. Avant l'opération, des examens complémentaires ont été effectués, ce qui a augmenté le coût prévu. Il y a un bon hôtel non loin de la clinique. La coordinatrice qui a préparé les documents de sortie a oublié de me donner l'ordonnance du médecin. Sans cette ordonnance, je n'ai donc pas pu présenter les médicaments. Je lui ai fait part de mon problème via WhatsApp, mais je n'ai reçu aucune aide ni même de réponse de sa part. Une semaine s'est écoulée depuis l'opération et je me sens bien sans médicaments, j'espère qu'il en sera ainsi. Tout s'est bien passé, à l'exception de l'erreur du personnel qui coordonne les patients étrangers. Je vous remercie.
J'ai été satisfait du service bukimed. J'ai pu trouver une clinique en fonction de mes finances et de ma situation géographique. Merci beaucoup pour votre travail.

Tout est au plus haut niveau. Je ne parlerai pas de traitement, car je ne le sais pas moi-même, c’est-à-dire que je n’ai pas été soigné. J'ai été examiné par un médecin et consulté. Mais j'ai tout aimé. La compétence du médecin, le personnel d'accueil, la propreté, le matériel... Le seul problème est probablement le parking devant la clinique. Il est difficile de se garer car les places sont toutes occupées. Mais c'est un problème pour toutes les grandes villes, en particulier la capitale. Dans l'ensemble, tout est super !

En juillet 2022, j'ai bénéficié d'une consultation, d'un examen et d'une intervention chirurgicale à la Memorial Clinic. Nos médecins traitants étaient ravis des résultats de l'opération cardiaque la plus compliquée : la chirurgie de Ross.
