L'hôpital était fantastique, la chambre était privée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, le café était charmant, tout était beau et propre. Le personnel était tellement accommodant, mon médecin était bien informé et m'a expliqué la procédure en détail. Honnêtement, je suis impressionnée par cette expérience. Et même si je venais avec une légère crainte et une petite crise de panique, il n'y avait vraiment pas lieu de s'inquiéter, tout est au plus haut niveau ! Merci à tous !

Depuis la minute où j'ai demandé un rendez-vous jusqu'aux deux heures d'examens, je me suis sentie complètement prise en charge. Se trouver dans un pays étranger dont la langue n'est pas la première peut être décourageant lorsqu'on a besoin de soins de santé. Leen, ma navigatrice de santé, a été merveilleuse. Elle m'a conduite chez chaque médecin ou dans chaque service, m'a aidée à m'installer et a été ma traductrice. Elle était gentille, compatissante et incroyablement serviable. J'étais incroyablement reconnaissante de l'avoir à mes côtés. J'ai vu le Dr Bassols, qui était incroyablement chaleureux, compétent et qui a apaisé mes craintes. Les autres techniciens étaient également merveilleux et attentionnés. Je recommande vivement le personnel et les soins que j'ai reçus au Centro Medico Teknon et l'équipe de bookimed qui m'a mise en contact avec eux. Merci à tous !

Le personnel est formidable. Actuellement, nous attendons les résultats des tests car en Ukraine, ils ont fait un mauvais diagnostic. En Ukraine, ils ont traité le sarcome pendant 7 mois et il a disparu Nous ne disons pas qu'il n'y a pas d'oncologie, mais le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de sarcome est déjà une bonne nouvelle. Ils ont été très gentils et polis. Les coordinateurs sont russophones. Chaque jour, ils me tiennent informée de tous les cas. Ils ne m'ont jamais laissée seule pendant les examens. Nous attendons actuellement un rendez-vous avec un oncologue et un radiologue. Je vous recommande

Tout est très bien organisé, communication rapide entre le médecin, l'interprète, le service financier. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre logement, mais nous n'avons pas été abandonnés la nuit, le personnel de la clinique nous a aidés. Nous avons fait un bilan de santé, je ne peux donc pas encore parler des résultats du traitement. Les installations de la clinique sont excellentes, nous avons consulté 2 médecins, le diagnostic est là, la méthode de traitement aussi. Le chirurgien radiologue est compétent, expert mais peu loquace. Je n'ai pas eu assez d'explications sur les risques etc, le chirurgien plasticien a tout expliqué en détail, a répondu à toutes les questions, personne très sympathique. L'organisation du voyage est au plus haut niveau, l'organisation est impressionnante. Le diagnostic a été fait, les méthodes de traitement ont été déterminées, nous prévoyons de venir nous faire soigner dans six mois, car les prix sont chers pour nous. Je pourrai écrire sur la qualité du traitement après le traitement.
